This is a Support Worker type role enabling a young woman to thrive and achieve her goals while living her best life.

Do you love horses and being out in nature? Do you enjoy different arts such as photography, drawing, jewellery making and creating food?

To be a good match for this role you will have a positive outlook and be at ease working alongside family, and professionals. You will be a good communicator who is driven to ensure great support is delivered as planned.

Benefits include the following:

  • Support to achieved Health and Wellbeing Certificates Level 2 to Level 4
  • Earn $24.41 to $31.13 an hour as you progress through the Health and Wellbeing Certificate Levels
  • Additional payments for weekends
  • Allowance at the minimum hourly rate for sleepovers

Applicants must have a full NZ Drivers License and be eligible to work in NZ or hold a valid visa at the time of applying.

Appointment and ongoing employment will be conditional upon criminal record/police checks - you must declare any convictions and/or pending charges on your application form. This will include checks under the Children Act 2014.

Available shifts include:

Permanent 0.4FTE working 32 hours a fortnight:

  • Shift: 7.00am to 3.30pm
  • Roster: Every Saturday and Sunday

Permanent 0.6125FTE working 49 hours a fortnight plus 7 sleepovers:

  • Shift: 3.00pm to 10.00pm (plus sleepover 10.00pm to 7.00am
  • Week 1: Monday, Thursday and Friday
  • Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday

Permanent 0.6125FTE working 49 hours a fortnight plus 7 sleepovers:

  • Shift: 3.00pm to 10.00pm (plus Sleepover 10.00pm to 7.00am)
  • Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Week 2: Monday, Thursday and Friday
